Brian Kerr has lived in Central Oregon for ten years and in Oregon all of his adult life. He is a lifelong Chef and can currently be found running the kitchen at Anthony’s at the Old Mill. On the side he has a small business, Kerr F&B where he does a little work in restaurant consulting, menu creation, and recipe writing. He is also on the teaching staff at Kara’s Kitchenware and a recent addition to the Advisory Board at the Cascade Culinary Institute. Brian is passionate about bringing fresh food to the table in many forms, whether from our local ranchers, farmers, and producers here in the Central Oregon high desert.
