Farming During COVID Webinar Series will take place the first three Wednesdays in April from 4-5:30 pm (April 1st, 8th, 15th).
Farming During COVID: On-Farm Food Safety webinar will feature:
- Chanowk Yisrael of Yisrael Family Farm, moderator
- Judith Redmond of Full Belly Farm
- Kali Feiereisel of the Community Alliance with Family Farmers (CAFF)
In our second webinar, we’ll focus on on-farm food safety, from harvesting and hand washing, to packing and employee training. Judith and Kali, CAFF’s Food Safety expert, will speak about the changes diverse farming operations are making to keep their customers and crews safe during the COVID-19 pandemic so they can keep on supplying the healthy food consumers need.
