Farm-to-Table at FEAST

We are excited to announce our first Farm to Table event of 2024 hosted by Feast Food Co.!
Proceeds from the event will be donated to HDFFA to support our food access and agricultural support programs.
Limited to 40 guests, this exclusive gathering will foster connections through community tables and the conviviality of family-style service. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a full bar offering beer, wine, liquor, and mocktails.
The menu, curated by Chef Chris, will spotlight locally sourced ingredients from local farms including Boundless Farmstead, Sungrounded Farms, Broadus Bees, Home Farm Foods, and Deschutes Gourmet Mushrooms.
First Course:
Delight in a refreshing Kale salad featuring marinated turnips, grilled asparagus, focaccia croutons, green garlic-meyer lemon vinaigrette, and goat cheese.
Second Course:
Savor the flavors of Roasted asparagus paired with peas, honey-cured egg yolk, crispy prosciutto, fried egg-sauce gribiche, and chili crunch.
Third Course:
Indulge in Cavatelli showcasing spinach, roasted mushrooms, chicken sausage, whey broth, kale, crème fraiche, and caper berry jus.
Fourth Course:
Treat your taste buds to Meyer lemon/orange curd and berry crumble served with pâte sucrée and crème Chantilly.
