Ingrid lives outside of Sisters, in Deschutes County. Her professional career was spent practicing healthcare law in support of healthcare providers and Medicaid organizations. She has worked with, and served on, nonprofit boards of directors in healthcare and education.
Ingrid feels fortunate to live in a community with wonderful farmers and ranchers, and excellent food resources. She is interested in expanding the health benefits of local food to everyone in our Central Oregon communities. She is especially focused on the intersection of healthcare systems and food delivery systems, and how small farmers and ranchers can receive the recognition they deserve for their contributions to our lives.
In her spare time, she works to reclaim the natural state of landscapes, and to train her dog who knows much more than she does about training.
