High Desert Food Trail Scavenger Hunt
Saturday, September 19 | Sisters & Tumalo
This first-of-its-kind, family-friendly event transforms the High Desert Food Trail into an interactive adventure, where teams will travel throughout the Sisters and Tumalo area, visiting over 15 local farms and food businesses while competing in a friendly scavenger hunt for a grand prize.
Teams will complete fun activities and solve clues bringing them one step closer to completing the hunt. Along the way, participants will enjoy exclusive experiences, meet local food producers, discover hidden gems, and gain a deeper appreciation for the people who grow and produce the food that nourishes Central Oregon.

Join the Old Mill District, participating shops , and restaurants as they open their doors for an afternoon of wine samples, light snacks, shopping and pop-ups featuring local and regional artists.High Desert Food & Farm Alliance (HDFFA) and Destination Rehab will be on hand in Center Plaza near the flag bridge with food samples from local partners, discounts to businesses throughout the Old Mill, and a fun photo challenge, with one lucky winner taking home a $100 Old Mill gift card.

Accessibility Week: Olive Oil & Vinegar Tasting at Arome

Join HDFFA and Arome for a fun and educational olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting! The educational portion of the event will last about 30 minutes, and afterwards attendees will be invited to mix and match their own oil and vinegar pairings and also enjoy light appetizers (vegan and GF options available) followed by time to shop.

The ranch offers many activities for all ages including, pony rides, train rides, kids korral, pumpkin patch, petting zoo, shooting galleries, food and beverage trucks/vendors, craft vendors, live music and more!

Join High Desert Food & Farm Alliance, Wanderlust, and Faith Hope & Charity Vineyards for an accessible evening under the stars. Guests will enjoy a guided vineyard tour with AdvenChairs available, followed by time to relax and purchase wine and food from the winery, then a seated, guided tour of the night sky led by Wanderlust's naturalists. If we're lucky, we might even spot some meteors!
