Set against the sweeping beauty of Brasada Ranch and the breathtaking Cascade Mountains, The Harvest Dinner Series is a singular culinary experience led by Executive Chef Karl Holl. Each evening celebrates the season’s bounty—locally sourced ingredients prepared over an open spitfire, shared under expansive high desert skies. With the golden hour fading into starlight, guests are immersed in the sounds of live music and the magic of the Cascade mountain silhouettes.
