HIGH DESERT DISCOVERIES

Start your morning with coffee and a light breakfast at Provisions Market at the SCP Redmond Hotel, an open, accessible space. From there, spend the morning wandering downtown Redmond, browsing locally owned shops before stopping at Arome, a thoughtfully curated specialty foods shop filled with olive oils, vinegars, teas, spices, and cookware.

When lunchtime rolls around, settle in at Feast Food Company, known for its seasonal menu, locally sourced ingredients, and memorable desserts. 

From there, head north to Crescent Moon Ranch in Terrebonne, where grassy paths lead you through the alpaca herd for a feeding experience your whole group will love. Benches along the way let you enjoy the alpacas interacting with each other and take in stunning views of the Three Sisters. Exploring the food trail in late September or October? Swing by nearby DD Ranch to pick out a pumpkin from their U-pick patch. Keep an eye out for the peacocks roaming the ranch! 

Stop by Faith Hope & Charity Vineyards for an afternoon snack and a glass of wine. Famous for their wood-fired pizzas, the vineyard offers tables shaded by trees or under the outdoor tent, sweeping canyon views, and pavers throughout with no steps to navigate.

Head to Smith Rock State Park for golden hour on the Rim Rock Trail, full of stunning views on packed gravel paths with minimal elevation change.
