Come to the CROP Farmers Market on Saturday, September 13th! HDFFA staff will be tabling at the market and providing seasonal samples of local products, simply prepared to highlight their freshness. Previous summertime offerings included using salad turnips and radishes in a root veggie slaw and creating raw zucchini skewers. Purchased day-of, you’ll have to come see what inspires staff at the market!
