Your purchase supports farmers, ranchers and HDFFA’s food access and farm support programs. Order by September 28th! HDFFA is invested in making local food accessible for everyone. For this fundraiser we are transforming our Fresh Harvest Kits into take home meals with specially procured local vegetables, meat, dessert, and beverage.  Take it up a notch and have your meal prepared by Chefs Thor Erickson and Julian Darwin, both from the Cascade Culinary Institute. Tantalize the Taste Buds!

Choose from Ready-to-Make Mealkit or Chef-Prepared Meal Dinner for 2

The ready-to-make mealkit comes packed with a delicious, seasonally inspired Charred Sweet Peppers and Local Mixed Greens Salad appetizer; your choice between Pork Chops, Lamb Shoulder Steak (both w/ Fingerling Potatoes) or a Fall Roasted Squash Bolognese Pasta; a hand picked spice packet; dessert sampler and your choice of beverage.

The no-fuss option puts renowned Chefs Thor Erickson and Julian Darwin in the kitchen making your multi-course meal of farm fresh vegetables, protein, dessert and beverage of choice.

• Parsnip, cauliflower and potato soup w/ roasted cauliflower and chive crouton and Jackson’s corner baguette
• Kale and fennel salad w/ caramelized carrots, chevre, and spiced balsamic pine nuts
• Beef, wild mushroom, and potato piroshki w/ horseradish cabbage slaw
• Oregon Apple torte w/ spiced crème fraiche

The fully prepared meal will be available for pick up at Cascade Culinary Institute on Oct 8th or delivered to you home.
