Courtney is a first generation farmer in Bend, Oregon specializing in farm-direct deliveries of our premium grass fed and finished lamb, beef, and seasonal poultry. She believes in being stewards of our land and focuses on raising healthy, stress-free animals using regenerative farming practices.

She also believes that a stronger food system involves farms and ranches working together. What if farms and ranches could pool their goods and create a stronger, more stable year-round supply of their offerings that’s sold locally for prices that are affordable for everyone?

A regional community food system to her means local food that’s affordable for the average person.  This may take a village to make happen but one step at a time we can reach economies of scale through long-term planning and collaboration.
