I have always had an appetite for being active and staying healthy. I am passionate about promoting balanced lifestyle through healthy food choices, more movement and positive mind set. Working in our community as a dietitian, my approach to health is to meet patients where they are and take small steps that will improve quality of life. Growing up in Bend, I’ve had a unique opportunity to work to improve the health of the community I grew up in; strengthening collaboration with food and farm networks to allow for better access to fresh local foods is vital to allow a community to thrive. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog Nilla, family/friends, cooking, reading a good book, running and being active.
