PREP is a shared multi-use certified commercial kitchen including standard stove stations, bakery, deli/cold prep area and resale packaging area, as well as freezer and refrigeration space, all available for rent by the hour. HDFFA Partners that use our facilities include Local Culture and Josies Best Gluten Free Mixes.

At Rockin Dave’s we love local! We serve locally made chai, kombucha, micro brews, and spirits. Our pork and chicken are all natural and raised in the Northwest. Seasonally we source a significant amount of produce from Central Oregon farmers. Come taste the difference!

Seahorse Chocolate is a single origin cocoa roaster and chocolate maker. We source cocoa from thoughtful farmers around the globe. We then roast, crack, winnow, stone grind and hand pour right here in Bend, OR. Just two simple ingredients create wildly different flavor profiles. Taste and enjoy!

We started our Gourmet Salsa business in Arizona because we were tired of seeing the same local grocery store salsa looking and tasting the same. You know the names, the ones that sell so many other products they forgot to keep the Salsa Authentic for your family and party guests
After 4 years as a food cart, Spork evolved in 2012 to a 50 seat brick-and-mortar counter-service restaurant. We aim to deliver exciting global eats and drinks at affordable prices, with goals of sourcing local and regional ingredients and using quality seasonal veggies and humanely raised meats.
We design and build water wise landscapes in Central Oregon from low maintenance native gardens to integrated food systems. We can help you create your personal oasis or customize outdoor living areas that inspire! With local ecology always in mind, we plant for resilience and foster abundance!

You can’t get much more local than growing your own. Worthy Brewing Restaurant and Gardens grows its own herbs and hydroponic vegetables in their on-site garden and greenhouse. The campus also includes a hop yard with 22 varieties, including experimental breeds from OSU and Indie Hops.
