Foxtail’s food encompasses whimsical re-imagined classics and innovative specials. We care deeply about knowing where our food comes from and source locally when we are able. Our main focus is to make everything in house: our house cured thick bacon, roasted ham, fresh cheese, homemade jams, fresh squeezed orange juice and lemonade, pickled vegetables, stock and we even toast our sesame seeds to make our own tahini for our hummus. We love what we do and want to create a space and community around food, nature, art and the joy of making magic upon your palate – A space to be a child again and discover the wonders to be explored.
