Oregon’s ‘Best Chocolate Candy’ belongs to Bend Based Holm Made Toffee Co.
Holm Made Toffee Co. that they were a big winner at the 14th Annual Oregon Chocolate Festival held March 9th – 11th in Ashland, OR. The event featured over 40 artisan chocolatiers and vendors from Oregon, Washington and California.
The festival boasts seven award categories -‐ voted upon by industry judges. The judges awarded Holm Made Toffee Co. “Best Chocolate Candy” for their Cardamom and Vanilla Toffee. In 2015 and 2017 Holm Made Toffee Co. was awarded an Honorable Mention in the “Best Chocolate Candy” category for the same flavor.
“We are thrilled with the win”, said Randi Holm, co-‐owner of Holm Made Toffee. “In 2015 and 2017 this flavor received Honorable Mentions. We worked hard to fine-‐ tune the recipe over the past 3 years! We love all of our toffee flavors, but Cardamom and Vanilla has really been our pet project. We couldn’t be happier to bring home the top prize with this flavor profile.”
